Academic Support

It starts with guaranteeing a quality formal education. Beginning at primary school, we will support our members all the way through to university or vocational college. We work only with a carefully selected group of schools that we know and trust. All of them are boarding schools as we believe they not only offer a better education but, given our members' home environments, provide stability and security.

Paying tuition fees is the foundation. From there, we work in partnership with our members’ parents and guardians to build a needs-based package of additional support that can range from transport costs or stationery to hygiene and sanitary products and uniforms. All of this is geared towards ensuring our members don’t miss a day of school.

Skills

We focus on building IT skills and ensuring access to the internet. We Equip members with computer literacy as a baseline to enhance education and workplace readiness. We leverage tools like online learning platforms and Ai-supported tuition to create opportunities.

Careers

We organise career workshops that offer insights and practical guidance into diverse career paths. We offer training on CV writing, interviewing, and professional conduct. We facilitate work experience, mentorship programs, and potential exchanges with the right partners.

Life Skills

We encourage members to discover their interests and passions. We teach practical skills like personal budgeting, time management and goal setting to prepare for independent living. We develop leadership qualities like collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Mentoring Future Champions

We pair vulnerable youth with dedicated mentors who offer guidance, stability, and inspiration. Through consistent, one-on-one relationships, we help children build resilience, discover their unique potential, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence. These meaningful connections break cycles of disadvantage and transform entire communities.

Sports as a great tool for learning

Education is vital but we passionately believe that play is equally important. To have a childhood. Work hard, play hard. This is where sport comes in.

Sport is such a powerful tool for learning and development. It can be an outlet for stress and worry, it teaches teamwork and leadership, it builds confidence and self-esteem and it fosters a sense of belonging.

Our plan is to bring more sport into the schools we work with, providing equipment and coaches. Out of term time it is about holiday programs that will enable us to extend our reach and strengthen our community.

"Sports teaches you character, it teaches you to play by the rules, it teaches you to know what it feels like to win and lose-it teaches you about life.”
